智利的商业环境在拉美数一数二，清廉指数也一样，现在智利国内最低工资标准大约270000智利比索，合人民币4100元左右（智利每年7月份都会根据国家实际CPI和汇率等消费水平调整当年的最低工资标准），表面看智利的人均GDP很高，近乎达到了16000美元,但是基尼指数过高，贫富差距也进一步拉大。智利的支柱产业--矿山、冶金行业的快速发展掩饰了普通民众收入不高的现实。眼下的智利由于本身稀缺油气资源，发电成本极高，电价在拉美各国中基本处于最高位置。

The business environment and the Corruption Perceptions Index count at the top in Latin America. Nowadays, the lowest salary in Chile is about 270000 Chilean Peso, totally 4100Yuan RMB (The lowest salary standard would be changed according to the assumption level like actual national CPI and exchange rate.). From the superficial point, person GDP is very high, which reaches to 16000 US Dollar. But Gini Index is too high, and then the gap between the rich and the poor becomes greater. The backbone industries such as mine and metallurgy industries have developed too fast, which covers the fact that the salary of normal people isn’t too high. Nowadays, the cost of generating electric, basically seen as the highest position in Latin America, is too expensive because of the shortage of oil resources.

当地环境  Local Environment

智利的两极分化很严重，富豪可以买飞机、开游艇、置办庄园；而贫下中农过的日子很拮据，所以对大部分人来说，接受高等教育仍旧是翻身的不二法门。但是，智利的法律很健全。

The polarization in Chile is extreme that the rich can purchase the plane, drive yacht and buy manor, while the poor live a poor life in countryside. So as for most of people, it’s still the best way to change their fate by getting higher education. But the law in Chile is very complete.

做事态度   Working Attitude

智国人极其擅长做各种计划，且计划之严密令人佩服，工作的每个节点都要考虑各种可能的因素，他们对于细节的要求非常到位。

The citizens in Chile do well in making various plans which is cautious and admirable that they take every detail into consideration. They are very keen on the requirement of details.

交通情况  Transportation Situation

智利的交通还可以，路上司机很少并线，车距也都保持得很大，无论红灯与否，均让行人。智利买车没有限购令，并且鼓励买车，可能和地理条件有关系。

The transportation in Chile is great that the drivers rarely cross the line and the Vehicle distance keeps long. No matter it is red right or not, they give way to passerby. There are no restriction policies of car in Chile but encourage them to buy cars, which is probably relevant to the geographical conditions.
